We also have experience in expert determination procedures conducted before independent audit firms.
Our team represents clients in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN), particularly in matters involving corporate governance, fiduciary duties, and market regulation.
