Daniel is a specialist in disputes before Courts, arbitral tribunals and administrative bodies. He has extensive experience in regulatory, commercial, contractual, consumer, corporate, succession and environmental litigation, as well as in actions involving misconduct, credit recovery and legal claims.
Daniel worked at Dinamarco, Beraldo & Bedaque Advocacia for 10 years, working alongside Professors Cândido Rangel Dinamarco and José Roberto dos Santos Bedaque.

- Assisted a municipal public entity in an arbitration related to public-private partnership contracts in the sanitation and infrastructure sectors.
- Represented a company in the electricity sector in an arbitration concerning a dispute over the execution of electricity purchase and sale contracts entered in the Free Contracting Environment (ACL).
